Mediamedia is operated by Kenny Campbell, trading as mediamedia.

This privacy policy explains how I handle personal information when you visit mediamedia.co.uk or contact me.

If you contact me through the website or by email, I may receive information including:

• your email address; and

• any information you choose to include in your message.
   

I do not currently operate a mailing list or use your details for unsolicited marketing.
The website is hosted by Wix, which may also process technical information needed to operate, secure and deliver the website.
 

How I use your information

I use personal information only where necessary to:

​

• respond to inquiries;

• discuss or provide services you have asked about;

• manage an ongoing client relationship; or

• meet legal, tax or regulatory obligations.
   

My lawful basis will normally be my legitimate interest in responding to and managing business inquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Where the law requires me to retain information, I process it to comply with that legal obligation.

Sharing your information

I do not sell or trade personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers I use to run the business, including Wix as the website hosting and form provider and my email provider. I may also disclose information where required by law or where necessary to professional advisers.

Wix operates internationally and may process or store information outside the UK. Wix states that it uses appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.

How long I keep information

I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

Routine inquiries that do not lead to work will normally be deleted within 12 months. Information relating to clients or financial transactions may be retained for longer where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

• ask for a copy of information I hold about you;

• ask me to correct inaccurate information;
